  1. I don’t get sound from the speaker base of my monitor. (Applies only to models with a speaker base)
    • Make sure that the speaker base is plugged in and has power.
    • Check the audio cable connections of the speaker base from the base to the sound card speaker out of the computer.
      • The speaker base can be tested by using a portable radio or Walkman as source of sound.
  2. My monitor speaker base is bad but the monitor is working fine, can I get service or a replacement for my speaker base only?
