"As an extra the AOC LM520A offers in built speakers. Who is not really satisfied with the narrow-chested sound can connect also a headset. The product shows small details very good. Also the contrast ratio is on a high (good) level. The refresh time is only 18ms. So also fast games can be displayed fluently. Negative is that the active screen of the AOC monitor does show uneven illumination. The test sample showed one dead pixel. But according to the norm ISO13406-2 (comment Bernd: Computer Bild explained the different failure classes to their readership) up to 4 of such dead pixel are allowed."
"Als Extra bietet der AOC LM520A eingebaute Lautsprecher. Wer mit dem schmalbrüstigen Klang nicht zufrieden ist kann auch einen Kopfhörer anschließen. Feine details stellt das Gerät sehr gut dar. Auch der Bildkontrast ist auf hohem niveau.
Die Reaktionzeit liegt bei nur 18 Millisekunden: So laufen auch rasante spiele flüssig ab. Allerdings ist die Bildfläche des AOC Monitors ungleichmäßig ausgelichtet. Beim Testgerät war einer der etwa 800.000 Bildpunkte defekt. nach der Norm ISO 13406-2 wären jedoch sogar vier solcher Fehler erlaubt."
