See and be seen with the new multimedia AOC 2217Pwc TFT monitor

- With its 1.3 MB web cam, microphone and loudspeakers, the new 22” 2217Pwc TFT monitor from AOC International (Europe) GmbH is ideal for use as a
display for videoconferences, online chats or communicating with friends and relations all
over the world – completely without headphones!
AOC (a 100% subsidiary of TPV, currently the world’s largest display manufacturers) also
places great importance on the external appearance, with the slim frame and adjustable
stand gleaming in an elegant black piano varnish look.
Users will also be delighted by the monitor’s technical features. The 2217Pwc is Windows
Vista Premium certified. The response time of 5ms guarantees not only that the person the
user is talking to, but also all Office applications, movies and games are displayed with great
clarity and precision. The contrast of 3000:1 (DCR) enables very sharp and detailed pictures
– even for darker scenes. With five individual settings, the Dynamic Color Boost (DCB)
system intensifies the monitor’s brilliant and realistic reproduction of colors.
The 2217Pwc is also HDCP ready and can thus display digital HD content perfectly. The
display has both analogue (15-pin D-Sub) and digital (24-pin DVI-D) connections, plus three
USB sockets positioned in the side of the frame.
This TFT monitor is also impressive from an ergonomic point of view, having five energysaving
ECO mode functions. The stand is height-adjustable (110mm), can be swivelled
through 170° and has a 150° angle of tilt.
The 2217Pwc TFT monitor will be available as of January 2008 from all AOC distributors in
Europe.
