- AOC International (Europe) GmbH, a subsidiary company owned 100% by TPV which is currently the largest world-wide manufacturer of screen
displays, is offering a 24” monitor with the LCD TFT 416V for the first time. The 416V
combines a slender, elegant design with a large display surface area.
With a short response time of 5ms and a luminosity of 300 cd/m2, the display guarantees a
detailed, smear-free and stellar picture presentation. The vibrant 3000:1 contrast ratio and
the 1920 x 1200 resolution are impressive.
Capable of displaying 16.7 million colours, the 416V offers 0.5 million more than conventional
displays do.
The 24” screen size allows for the simultaneous display of 2 DIN-standard (German Institute
for Standardisation) A4 pages or larger objects and the H/V viewing angle of 160° ensures a
razor-sharp image from all directions. Furthermore, the tilt function allows for the tilt angle to
be adjusted. Therefore it is ideally suited for all graphic and multimedia applications.
The TFT 416V is Windows Vista Premium certified and can display digital HD content
through its digital DVI interface with the aid of HDCP. In accordance with user specifications,
the display is equipped with five energy-saving, environmentally friendly modes and
functions: Text, internet, game, movie and sport.
The TFT 416V is available from all European AOC distributors from August.
