AOC enriches Home Entertainment New LCD TV, TV2764W-2E shows impressive high resolution images on the wide screen

Berlin, July 18th, 2005 – AOC International (Europe) GmbH launches its new LCD TV, TV2764W-2E, to the European market. Successfully presented at the CeBIT 2005, the 27’’ display offers a high quality television experience in the 16:9 wide screen mode.

With a WXGA 1280 x 720 resolution, brightness measures at 550 cd/ms, and a contrast ratio of 600:1, the TV2764W-2E is designed for optimized high definition TV viewing. The Picture in Picture (PIP) feature provides the benefit of simultaneous watch TV and work on the PC at the same time. Supported by an excellent audio technology such as SRS surround sound, the integrated 2 x 5 W speakers deliver dynamic sound.

Users will admire the 107 channel storage and the 252 page teletext as well as the full connectivity including two SCART connectors (RGB*1, CVBS*1) and a D-sub PC connection.

The TV set has a depth of 287 mm with base and fits elegantly into its surrounding; the VESA wall bracket can be used to mount them in the ideal wall position.

The LCD TV, TV2764W-2E will be available on the European market from August 1, 2005.
