New entrant in the 19“ class by AOC: A big brother for a small price

Berlin, the 10th of August 2000 – AOC International (Europe) Ltd. expands their range in the 19“ segment. The new 9 GLR+ of the well-known Spectrum-series convinces through refined technology offered at an extremely attractive price level. With the monitors of the Spectrum-series AOC offers all users who are searching for a monitor more-screen for less money.

The top-quality large screen size - 9GLr+
The 9GLR+ will be available for the European market from August 2000. With its introduction AOC shows that cost conscious users do not have to abstain from purchasing large screens with the latest features. The 9GLR+ offers the well-known styling features of the complete AOC Spectrum-series and combines ergonomical design with a high user-friendliness. The 9GLR+ has of course been certified for the strict TCO99 standard. An excellent picture quality is reached with its 0,26mm shadow mask.

9GLR+ and 9GLrs
With a maximum depth of 470mm, the new 9GLR+ is about 50mm larger than its well-known brother 9GLrs, which owes its compact front-to-back space requirement to the innovative Short Length Tube technology. Brilliant image quality with high colour depth is obtained through the dark tinted picture tube.

Apart from that, 9GLr+ and 9GLrs offer similar horizontal frequencies up to 95 kHz and at the maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels a refresh rate of 75Hz. Designed for demanding CAD and DTP workplaces, the 9GLr+ and 9GLrs provide large-screen experience for any time - even with new computer games!
