AOC strenghtens their international market position with satisfied distributors
Berlin, the 14th of July 2000
– With a fine meshed net of distributors AOC International (Europe) Ltd. expand theirEuropean presence. The Chinese monitor manufacturer AOC/TPC (Top Victory Electronics Co.,Ltd.) relies on innovative and internationally experienced distributors in the effort to secure corporate success. During the last 18 months alone AOC raised the number of their highly motivated distributors from 51 to 65.
Meeting of AOC distributors in Beijing
Because of the growing number of distributors, AOC International arranged
another of their business meetings this year. Organized by an AOC team, international distributors met with the management of the Chinese parent company TPV in Beijing this June.
More than 60 persons came to exchange views and information and received a detailed report about the future corporate objectives of the parent company TPV.
AOC quality assurance setting standards
Besides a work-intensive meeting all participants visited the monitor factory in Beijing, which has been in operation since 1999. The joint output of this and the production plant in Fujian (operating since 1992) will be 1.2 million monitors per month from September 2000 on. Distribution is world-wide. With that AOC accepts the challenge of the international market and accounts for the growing demand world wide for high-quality monitors. The international cooperation partners took a lively interest in the visit of the production plant. On site, they convinced themselves of modern production sequences and innovative measures of quality assurance. It became impressively evident how favourably the performance of AOC monitors compares to their price.
Time out for sightseeing
In order to give the international visitors an insight into the Chinese way of life,
the three day meeting was accompanied by a number of cultural events. The schedule included the Chinese Wall, the Ming graves, the Forbidden City and the Emperor´s summer residence as well as a visit to the famous Chinese Opera. The eventful days of the distributors meeting were finished off with excellent Chinese cuisine in selected Beijing restaurants.
AOC - into the future
AOC is all set for growth. Planned for 2001 is a convention with authorized and eventual distributors. AOC International (Europe) Ltd. sets great value on the continuing dialogue between the distributors themselves as well as with the management of Top Victory Electronics. This is setting standards for a successful future.
