GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE TRES AÑOS*

Para los monitores LCD de AOC vendidos dentro de Europa, AOC International (Europe) B.V. le garantiza, tanto con materiales como con mano de obra, que su producto no tendrá ningún defecto durante un periodo de tres (3) años a contar desde la fecha de compra original. Durante dicho periodo, AOC International (Europe) B.V. se compromete, según su criterio, bien a reparar el producto defectuoso con piezas nuevas o reconstruidas, bien a sustituirlo por un producto nuevo o reconstruido, de forma gratuita excepto en las condiciones *indicadas a continuación. En caso de ausencia del justificante de compra, la garantía comenzará 3 meses después de la fecha de fabricación indicada en el producto.

Si el producto parece defectuoso, diríjase al distribuidor de su zona o consulte las instrucciones de la garantía en la sección de servicio técnico de www.aoc.com/eu. Envíe el producto, con los gastos de envío pagados y junto con el justificante de compra que incluya la fecha, al Centro de Servicio Técnico Certificado o Autorizado por AOC en las siguientes condiciones:

• El monitor LCD deberá ir embalado en una caja de cartón adecuada (preferiblemente la caja de cartón original de AOC para proteger el monitor durante su transporte).
• Escriba el número de RMA (documento de garantía o Autorización de Devolución de Mercancía) en la etiqueta de la dirección
• Escriba el número de RMA en la caja del paquete

AOC International (Europe) B.V. no asume ninguna responsabilidad por los daños sufridos durante el transporte atribuibles a un embalaje no adecuado. AOC International (Europe) B.V. abonará los gastos de envío de vuelta al cliente si el país de destino está especificado en esta declaración de garantía. AOC International (Europe) B.V. asumirá ningún coste asociado al transporte del producto a través de fronteras internacionales. Esto incluye las fronteras internacionales dentro de la Unión Europea. Si el monitor LCD no está disponible cuando el mensajero vaya a buscarlo, Vd. deberá pagar los gastos de recogida.

* Esta garantía limitada no cubre ninguna pérdida o daño causados por:

• Instalación o mantenimiento inadecuados
• Uso incorrecto
• Negligencia
• Cualquier causa ajena a una aplicación comercial o industrial normal
• Ajustes realizados por una fuente no autorizada
• Reparaciones, modificaciones o instalaciones de accesorios o de piezas realizadas por una persona que no pertenezca a un Centro de Servicio Técnico Certificado o Autorizado por AOC
• Entornos inadecuados (con humedad, polvo, etc.)
• Daños producidos por actos violentos
• Calefacción o aire acondicionado excesivos o cortes de la corriente eléctrica, subidas de tensión u otras irregularidades

Todos los monitores LCD de AOC están fabricados según las normas ISO 9241-307 relativas a los píxeles.

TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS EXPLÍCITAS E IMPLÍCITAS PARA ESTE PRODUCTO (INCLUIDAS LAS GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD Y ADECUACIÓN PARA UN FIN DETERMINADO) TIENEN UNA DURACIÓN LIMITADA A TRES (3) AÑOS, EN CUANTO A PIEZAS Y MANO DE OBRA, A CONTAR DESDE LA FECHA ORIGINAL DE COMPRA. NO SE CONCEDE NINGUNA GARANTÍA (NI EXPLÍCITA NI IMPLÍCITA) TRANSCURRIDO DICHO PERIODO. TODAS LAS OBLIGACIONES DE AOC INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) B.V. Y LOS DERECHOS DE VD. AQUÍ DESCRITOS SON ÚNICA Y EXCLUSIVAMENTE COMO AQUÍ SE DETALLAN. LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE AOC INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) B.V., TANTO SI SE BASA EN EL CONTRATO, CULPA, GARANTÍA, RESPONSABILIDAD ESTRICTA O EN CUALQUIER OTRA TEORÍA DE RESPONSABILIDAD, NO SUPERARÁ EL PRECIO DE LA UNIDAD INDIVIDUAL CUYO DEFECTO O AVERÍA ES LA BASE DE LA RECLAMACIÓN. EN NINGÚN CASO ASUMIRÁ LA RESPONSABILIDAD AOC INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) B.V. POR LA PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, PÉRDIDA DE USO O DE INSTALACIONES O DE EQUIPOS, NI DE OTROS PERJUICIOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES O RESULTANTES. ALGUNOS ESTADOS NO PERMITEN LA EXCLUSIÓN O LIMITACIÓN DE DAÑOS INCIDENTALES O RESULTANTES, POR LO QUE ES POSIBLE QUE LA LIMITACIÓN ANTERIOR NO LE AFECTE A USTED. AUNQUE ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA LE OTORGA A VD. DERECHOS LEGALES ESPECÍFICOS, VD. PODRÍA TENER OTROS DERECHOS, QUE VARÍAN DE UN PAÍS A OTRO. ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA SOLAMENTE ES VÁLIDA PARA LOS PRODUCTOS COMPRADOS EN LOS PAÍSES MIEMBROS DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA.

EU Warranty for AOC LCD-TV

LIMITED THREE-YEAR WARRANTY *

for AOC LCD-TV sold within Europe

AOC International (Europe) GmbH warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years after the original date of consumer purchase. During this period, AOC International (Europe) GmbH will, at its option, either repair the defective product with new or rebuilt parts, or replace it with a new or rebuilt product at no charge except as *stated below. The defective products that are replaced become the property of AOC International (Europe) GmbH.

If the product appears to be defective, please contact your local dealer or refer to the warranty card when attached to the product.

Deliver the product freight pre-paid, along with the dated proof of purchase, to the AOC Authorized Service Center. If you cannot deliver the product in person:

• Pack it in its original shipping container (or equivalent)
• Put the RMA number on the address label
• Put the RMA number on the shipping carton
• Insure it (or assume the risk of loss/damage during shipment)
• Pay all shipping charges

AOC International (Europe) GmbH is responsible neither for any damage or loss during inbound transport damage nor to inbound product that was not properly packaged.

AOC International (Europe) GmbH will pay the return shipping charges within one of the countries specified within this warranty statement.

AOC International (Europe) GmbH is not responsible for any costs associated with the transportation of product across international borders. This includes the international border within the European Union.

* This limited warranty does not cover any losses or damages that occur as a result of

• Shipping or improper installation or maintenance
• Misuse
• Neglect
• Any cause other than ordinary commercial or industrial application
• Adjustment by non-authorized source
• Repair, modification, or installation of options or parts by anyone other than an AOC Authorized Service Center
• Improper environment
• Excessive or inadequate heating or air conditioning or electrical powers failures, surges, or other irregularities

This limited warranty does not cover any of the product firmware or hardware that you or any third party have modified or altered; you bear the sole responsibility and liability for any such modification or alteration.

ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THIS PRODUCT (INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR PARTS AND LABOR FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF CONSUMER PURCHASE. NO WARRANTIES (EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) APPLY AFTER THIS PERIOD.
AOC INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) GMBH OBLIGATIONS AND YOUR REMEDIES HEREUNDER ARE SOLELY AND EXCULSIVELY AS STATED HERE. AOC INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) GMBH LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE INDIVIDUAL UNIT WHOSE DEFECT OR DAMAGE IS THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL AOC INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) GMBH BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OR FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT, OR OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ALTHOUGH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE MEMBER COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.

Service options when your warranty has expired

If your warranty has expired, you still have access to all available service options, but you will be responsible for the cost of service, including parts, labor, shipping (if any) and applicable taxes. AOC local dealer or AOC retail store representative will provide you with an estimate of service costs before receiving your authorization to perform service.
