    Trouble

  1. No power(No picture &LED OFF)
    Test step
    1. Check the power socket and whether the socket has power supply
    2. Check whether the button “power” on keyboard and the other one on remote control can work

  2. Can’t power on(LED red)
    Test step
    1. Check whether the button “power” on remote control and the other one on keyboard can work

  3. No picture(LED blue)
    Test step
    1. Check whether the TV is power on
    2. Check whether the button “power” of keyboard on TV can be controlled and display the menu
    3. Increase the contrast and brightness
    4. Check whether the external device is connected correctly
    5. Check whether there are signal output from the source.

  4. Can't receive programs
    Test step
    1. Check whether the antenna or CATV connection is correct
    2. Check whether the antenna or the CATV works well.
      You can compare yours with neighbor’s
    3. If it can’t search channels completely, search it again.
      Path: Menu / Setup / Auto CH search
    4. Some channels can’t be searched since they aren’t broadcasted

  5. Snowy picture and noise
    Test step
    1. This may be caused by electrical interference,move TV to neighbor or another place to try
    2. Adjust the angle of the antenna
    3. If you connect too many TV with a signal splitter together, it would make the signal weak. Then you should use a signal splitter with zoom function to amend it.

  6. Ghost or double image
    Test step
    1. Check whether the antenna or CATV connection is correct
    2. This may be caused by obstruction to the antenna due to high buildings or hills. Using a highly directional antenna may improve the picture
    3. If you connect too many TV with a signal splitter together. it would make the signal weak. Then you should use a signal splitter with zoom function to amend it.

  7. Good picture but no sound
    Test step
    1. Check whether it is muted. and Increase the VOLUME
    2. Check whether the connection is correct. you can refer to the user manual
    3. Check whether the earphone is plug. If it is plug. the speaker will be muted.

  8. Remote controller doesn't work
    Test step
    1. Check whether the batteries are working. Replace if necessary
    2. Clean the remote control sensor lens on the TV
    3. Check whether the key board on TV is controlled

  9. Horizontal dotted line
    Test step
    1. Check the connective (RCA) cord, you can change another one to try
    2. This may be caused by electrical interference (e.g. hairdryer, nearby neon lights, etc.)Turn off the equipment

  10. PC picture distortion / PC picture out of focus/faintness
    Test step
    1. Check the connective (VGA) cord, you can change another one to try
    2. Enter into menu PC setup--Auto adjust
    3. Enter into menu System—Reset/Reset all

  11. PC model is not compatible
    Test step
    1. Enter menu-feature-VGA Set to reset
    2. Check whether the TV can support the resolution of PC signal

  12. DVD no picture /display abnormal/miss color
    Test step
    1. Check whether the connection is correct. You can refer to the user manual
    2. Check the DVD setup. Refer to the DVD user manual
    3. Press the button “ZOOM" on the remote control to adjust the aspect ratio

  13. Lost the parental control’s password
    Test step
    1. The initial password is “0000”
    2. The universal password is “3448”. If you forget the pass word, you could change the password.
      Path: Menu / Feature / Password set / Enter the old password ”3448”

  14. Noise
    Test step
    Keep one meter distance with TV, then check whether you can hear the noise again.if you can't hear noise,it's Meet the specifications
  15. TV abnormal display
    Test step
    1. Check whether there is interference around, move TV to neighbor or another place to try
    2. Check whether the signal source works well, You can compare yours with neighbor’s
    3. Check whether the connection correct . You can refer to the user manual and reinsert the connectors first
    4. Search the channel again

  16. Component signal abnormal display
    Test step
    1. Check whether there is interference around, move TV to neighbor or another place to try
    2. Check whether the DVD works well, You can change another one to try
    3. Check whether the connection correct . You can refer to the user manual and reinsert the connectors first
    4. Check the RCA cord, you can change another one to try

  17. HDMI abnormal display
    Test step
    1. Check the HDMI cable
    2. Check the player (DVD/PS3/XBOX) signal format.(480i/480p/720i/720p/1080i)
    3. Check whether the player works well.You can change another player to try

  18. HDMI audio abnormal
    Test step
    1. Check the HDMI cable
    2. Check whether the HDMI connector of the player canSupport audio out put,The HDMI audio may out put through the RCA interface
    3. Check whether the player works well.
