Keep one meter distance with TV, then check whether you can hear the noise again.if you can't hear noise,it's Meet the specifications
- Lost the parental control’s password
Test step
- The initial password is “0000”
- The universal password is “3448”. If you forget the pass word, you could change the password.
Path: Menu / Feature / Password set / Enter the old password ”3448”
- DVD no picture /display abnormal/miss color

- Check whether the connection is correct. You can refer to the user manual

- Ghost or double image
Test step
- Check whether the antenna or CATV connection is correct
- This may be caused by obstruction to the antenna due to high buildings or hills. Using a highly directional antenna may improve the picture
- If you connect too many TV with a signal splitter together. it would make the signal weak. Then you should use a signal splitter with zoom function to amend it.
- Snowy picture and noise

- This may be caused by electrical interference,move TV to neighbor or another place to try
- Adjust the angle of the antenna

- Can't receive programs
Test step
- Check whether the antenna or CATV connection is correct
- Check whether the antenna or the CATV works well.
You can compare yours with neighbor’s - If it can’t search channels completely, search it again.
Path: Menu / Setup / Auto CH search - Some channels can’t be searched since they aren’t broadcasted
- No picture (LED blue)

- Check whether the TV is power on
- Check whether the button “power” of keyboard on TV can be controlled and display the menu
- Increase the contrast and brightness
- Check whether the external device is connected correctly
- Check whether there are signal output from the source.
- Can’t power on (LED red)

- Check whether the button “power” on remote control and the other one on keyboard can work
- No power (No picture & LED OFF)

- Check the power socket and whether the socket has power supply
- Check whether the button “power” on keyboard and the other one on remote control can work
